Just install this theme for "Full Screen Caller Id" (aka FSCI, by Christophe Nys).
This plugin is available for both FSCI free and paid versions.

Available settings:

- Animate your contact picture on startup
- Choose animation background
- Hide/show options bar
- Manage top bar transparency
- Move contact picture under top bar
- Use iPhone or default Android font
- Invert buttons

Important advice:

You won't be able to find any icon for this app in your app drawer, this is absolutely normal!
This is not a standard app, but a theme for "Full Screen Caller Id", so if you want to pick this theme, just open "Full Screen Caller Id" app, go under "Theme" menu, and here you can pick this theme up, and you can also configure it.
